***you can also add on corn salsa, pickled jalapenos, or whatever other taco toppings you can't live without***โฃ

HOW YOU MAKE IT ๐๐ผ
โช๏ธWarm soyrizo over medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Chop/crumble it up the way you would taco meat as it's heating.โฃ
โช๏ธWhile that cooks/cools, prepare your salads.โฃ
โช๏ธDivide lettuce, pico, and cheese evenly between 4 lunch containers.โฃ
โช๏ธTop with a dollop of greek yogurt + a drizzle of hot sauce.โฃ
โช๏ธOnce the soyrizo cools, divide evenly on top of the salads. Cover and store in the fridge.โฃ
โช๏ธPrior to serving, top with mashed avocado or guac and crushed up tortilla chips!โฃ
