Well it's official ya'll. PSL is back at the β€˜bucks and pretty soon we’ll be transitioning into all things fall/holiday season. What if we could embrace the season + enjoy all of our FAVES without feeling like we went overboard come the New Year? We can. It's possible. Let me show you how…⁣

π‡π„π€π‹π“π‡π˜ π‡πŽπŒπ„πŒπ€πƒπ„ 𝐏𝐒𝐋'𝐬 πŸ€β˜•οΈπŸ‚β£

PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUP⁣

½ cup pumpkin puree⁣

½ cup maple syrup⁣

2 tsp vanilla extract ⁣

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ⁣

1 cup water⁣

⁣

ICED PUMPKIN LATTE ⁣

1 shot of espresso (or ½ cup strong black coffee)⁣

3 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup ⁣

¾ cup plant based milk ⁣

ice ⁣

⁣

Add syrup ingredients into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer 10-12 min until it thickens into a sauce, stirring every few minutes so it doesn't burn. Let cool and then funnel syrup into a bottle to store so you can make these all week long. When you're ready to make your latte, froth 3 tbsp of syrup + milk of choice together in a tall glass. Add ice + your shot of espresso and Enjoy! ⁣
