Well it's official ya'll. PSL is back at the βbucks and pretty soon weβll be transitioning into all things fall/holiday season. What if we could embrace the season + enjoy all of our FAVES without feeling like we went overboard come the New Year? We can. It's possible. Let me show you howβ¦β£

PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUPβ£
Β½ cup pumpkin pureeβ£
Β½ cup maple syrupβ£
2 tsp vanilla extract β£
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice β£
1 cup waterβ£

ICED PUMPKIN LATTE β£
1 shot of espresso (or Β½ cup strong black coffee)β£
3 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup β£
ΒΎ cup plant based milk β£
ice β£

Add syrup ingredients into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer 10-12 min until it thickens into a sauce, stirring every few minutes so it doesn't burn. Let cool and then funnel syrup into a bottle to store so you can make these all week long. When you're ready to make your latte, froth 3 tbsp of syrup + milk of choice together in a tall glass. Add ice + your shot of espresso and Enjoy! β£
