HOW YOU MAKE IT ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ
โ–ช๏ธDice tofu into small cubes and place between two towels. Cover with a heavy pan and allow to sit for 30 min to remove excess moisture โฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธHeat sesame oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add tofu pieces and keep flipping to get crispy on all sides, about 10 min. While this cooks you can prep the veggies and microwave the riceโฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธAdd in edamame and cook another 2 minutes.โฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธStir in teriyaki sauce to coat and let simmer on low for a couple minutes until the liquid is mostly gone. โฃโฃ
