WHAT YOU NEED πŸ‘‡πŸΌ
β–ͺ️1 large or 2 small heads of cauliflower ⁣
β–ͺ️taco seasoning ⁣
β–ͺ️sharp cheddar cheese (i use about Β½ cup)⁣
β–ͺ️one white onion, sliced⁣
β–ͺ️thousand island dressing ⁣
β–ͺ️protein of your choice (chicken would work, but I love using Dr. Prager's Plant Based Chicken strips diced up on mine!) ⁣

HOW YOU MAKE IT πŸ‘‡πŸΌ
β–ͺ️Cut your cauliflower into small florets.⁣
β–ͺ️Place on baking sheet and drizzle with oil + toss in taco seasoning.⁣
β–ͺ️Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, tossing half way.⁣
β–ͺ️While that cooks, heat oil in a pan and slowly caramelize the onions over low to medium heat + prep protein of choice (I air fry my chicken strips and then dice)⁣
β–ͺ️Remove cauliflower from over and top with cheese, onions, and protein of your choice.⁣
β–ͺ️Return to oven until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.⁣
β–ͺ️Remove from the oven and drizzle with thousand island and DEVOUR.⁣
