WHAT YOU NEED ππΌ
βͺοΈ1 large or 2 small heads of cauliflower β£
βͺοΈtaco seasoning β£
βͺοΈsharp cheddar cheese (i use about Β½ cup)β£
βͺοΈone white onion, slicedβ£
βͺοΈthousand island dressing β£
βͺοΈprotein of your choice (chicken would work, but I love using Dr. Prager's Plant Based Chicken strips diced up on mine!) β£

HOW YOU MAKE IT ππΌ
βͺοΈCut your cauliflower into small florets.β£
βͺοΈPlace on baking sheet and drizzle with oil + toss in taco seasoning.β£
βͺοΈBake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, tossing half way.β£
βͺοΈWhile that cooks, heat oil in a pan and slowly caramelize the onions over low to medium heat + prep protein of choice (I air fry my chicken strips and then dice)β£
βͺοΈRemove cauliflower from over and top with cheese, onions, and protein of your choice.β£
βͺοΈReturn to oven until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.β£
βͺοΈRemove from the oven and drizzle with thousand island and DEVOUR.β£
