LET’S DIVE IN. 🖤

Hey hey and WELCOME BACK to The SELF CARE Sisterhood Podcast 🪩✨🥂

If you missed last week, I thought it would be fun to revisit some of YOUR FAVORITE episodes from the podcast this year and last week we kicked it off with PART ONE - talking about romanticizing your life, pushing past doubt, and finishing strong. Today we’re going to dive into rest of your TOP SIX downloaded episodes in our “BEST OF” series and this week they are all coming from YOUR FAVE INTERVIEWS.

Two years ago I set out to start this podcast…and TBH it felt really small when I started…but TODAY we’re celebrating 100 episodes in and growing! And one of the goals I had in this space for 2024 was to add in MORE CONVERSATIONS and INTERVIEWS as a part of our monthly rhythm. As the year winds down I got a chance to revisit all of the interviews we had throughout the year. SO many amazing conversations and it was hard to squeeze it down to the top three, but I think you’re gonna love today’s mash up.

We’ve got Heather Green talking about a mantra that helped her navigate childhood cancer into ultimately becoming a wellness coach for others. You’ll get to hear from my girl, Jess Massey who is the founder of the company Hustle Sanely AND who revolutionized the way I show up in life and business thru her system. And you’re gonna hear from a woman who I’m grateful to have been impacted in real life, therapist, friend, and mama - Kylie Hempy who challenges us in the best of ways when it comes to our scroll and our mental health. You’re gonna love listening or relistening to these ladies speak. I promise.

I love ya’ll. I hope you’re having an amazing end to the year. And I can’t wait to keep pouring into this community in 2025 and BEYOND!
